Classes are held every Wednesday from 19:30 to 20:10 and Sunday from 10:00 to 10:40, providing plenty of opportunities for you to join us!







In just 40 minutes, you will engage in an energizing full-body workout powered by upbeat music. Utilizing free weights, resistance bands, and boxing gear, each session incorporates core exercises that challenge you while keeping your heart rate elevated. The supportive atmosphere encourages camaraderie, allowing you to push your limits and cheer each other on.
